The Information We Gather | Top |
The Site gathers two types of information about users:
Non-personally identifiable information is information that does not identify a specific individual. When a visitor arrives at our site, we collect the IP address, operating system and browser software used. An IP address (which is not the same as an e-mail address) can tell us the user's internet service provider and, based on that, can suggest the geographic location of the connection. We also collect information about which pages they visit, the order in which they were visited, and which hyperlinks they "click".
For the same purposes, we use "cookies" -- small text files placed on your computer's hard drive -- to help track your usage of our Site, including what advertising you have seen. Cookies don't include personal information about you, but they are unique to each user, which lets the Site computers distinguish between visitors, and personalize your experience if you have previously provided information about yourself. Cookies are only read by the Site computer that placed them, and cannot execute any code or virus.
Most web browsers give you the ability to control whether, and to what extent, they will accept cookies. For more information on how to do this, please refer to your browser's documentation. (Note: if you disable or limit cookies, you may not be able to access certain parts of the Site). Non-personally identifiable information also includes personally identifiable information of many people that has been aggregated to arrive at a general statistic; an example might be the number of female users who visit a particular part of the dstormvideophoto.com site in a particular week.
Personally Identifiable Information is information that relates to an identified individual. Certain areas of the Site -- for example, when purchasing a product -- may require you to supply personally identifiable information. Such information might include your name, street address, email address, telephone number, and when applicable, credit card information.
The Site is not targeted to children (minors under thirteen years of age), and we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children without obtaining parental consent. Before entering the Site, we ask that children have their parents read our Privacy Policy.
The Site does not control the acts of its visitors. You should be aware that, if you disclose personally identifiable information on a bulletin board or in a chat room, guestbook, or other forum, others may collect that information and use it to send you unsolicited e-mail from outside the Site, or for other purposes. In the event that you encounter any Site user who is improperly collecting or using information about you or other users, please contact privacy@dstormvideophoto.com.
How We Use (and Do Not Use) the Information We Gather. | Top |

- as required by law, including court and governmental orders, and civil subpoenas;
- as we reasonably feel is necessary to protect our systems or business; and
- if you partake (or we reasonably suspect that you are partaking) in any illegal activity, even without a subpoena, warrant, or other court order, to the extent we feel is necessary to inform, and cooperate with, law enforcement agencies or other appropriate authorities.
We can disclose your personally-identifiable information to third parties as follows:
Except as provided above, we will not release your credit card information to any third party unless necessary to complete a transaction between you and the third party.

any policies regarding their use and storge of such personally indentifiable information.
If in the future, should we store personally identifiable information in our own database
and you would like such information removed, please contact us at privacy@dstormvideophoto.com and we will
use reasonable efforts to comply with your request. Keep in mind, however, that
there will be residual information that will remain within the sites web access logs, and other records, which may or may not contain such
personally identifiable information. The residual information will not be used
for commercial purposes; however, we reserve the right, from time to time, to
re-contact former dstormvideophoto.com users.
